When the connection to Mibo is lost you are automatically removed from the room. Most common cases that interrupt the connection with Mibo are:

• Hardware acceleration is disabled
• Switching from network, for example from a mobile hotspot to WiFi or enabling/disabling a VPN connection
• Your internet connection has a hiccup or (temporary) doesn't provide enough bandwidth

First we would advise you to just try joining again by using the "Reconnect" button or reloading the page.

When it keeps happening

Check if hardware acceleration is enabled

Please follow the instructions in our help article on a slow and sluggish Mibo experience to enable hardware acceleration. If hardware acceleration is not working correctly you might get disconnected after being a short while in Mibo.

Check your internet connection

Please follow the tips to improve your internet speed on our help article on troubleshooting video. If your internet connection is struggling you might get disconnected at random moments.
